Hello Coaches!
My name is Ava Vigliotti. I am a 5’ 4” libero from Portsmouth, New Hampshire and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with each of you to share more about me as a potential candidate for your team.
I started my athletic journey as a competitive dancer before entirely focusing on volleyball. Dance served as an excellent athletic foundation with rigorous training building strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, increased coordination, balance, discipline, teamwork, and ability to retain choreography/plays.
Once I found volleyball, I was hooked; from that moment forward it has been my focus and goal to learn, grow, develop physically and mentally, and play as much as possible with the dream to play on a team in college.
I am committed and passionate about everything I do. I am focused and all-in with family, friendships, academics, dance, volleyball, etc. This is an important character trait that I am proud of. I do not quit, give up, or get discouraged. Instead, I am grateful for all of the opportunities that I have been given and I work as hard as I can even when things do not come easy.
I am open to and thrive on constructive feedback from my teammates and coaches to help me be a better teammate and player which will help me reach my goal of playing volleyball in college.
