Emily Runions '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Emily Runions. 

I am 15yrs old and currently a sophomore in high school. I love volleyball and have played since I was 12 years old.  I play Outside Hitter and Outside all around - as much as I love hitting, I love playing defense as well and know that I want to keep getting better and better at both. During Club season, I sometimes play Middle Hitter as part of my focus on learning all aspects of the sport.  I focus on improving my VB skills but also work hard training to strengthen myself in both strength and speed.  In the Spring, I participate in Track where I run the 100 dash, 4x100 dash, high jump and long jump.  I went to D3 NH States for each of these events.

I was fortunate to be on the Varsity/JV team as freshman.  I am excited to finish my sophomore year as a Varsity Starter.

I look forward to keep developing and hopefully, play volleyball in college.
