Hello, my name is Madelyn Szafran. I am a motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented student-athlete with a deep passion for supporting and uplifting those around me. Whether it’s helping teammates understand the game, assisting with skill development, or providing positive encouragement, I am dedicated to fostering growth on and off the court.

As a 6’2” outside / middle hitter, I have been committed to volleyball since my freshman year, with a goal of competing at the collegiate level. I take pride in being coachable, hardworking, and a positive leader who leads by example. Additionally, I was honored to be elected varsity captain as a sophomore in basketball, reflecting the trust my teammates and coaches have in my leadership.

These values extend to my academic pursuits as well. I have consistently achieved high honor roll status throughout high school, with an unweighted GPA of 3.8. My ambition is to pursue both undergraduate and graduate degrees in the medical field at a highly reputable institution.
