Alayna McNally '16 Recruiting Profile

What makes me different from other recruits is I have the drive to succeed in volleyball. I work hard and love the sport as a whole.  I've been playing since the 7th grade and always have planned on continuing to the next level. My coaches and people that have watched me play tell me that I deserve a better competition to my level.  I am the captain of the teams I am on, my coaches depend on me to keep the team together and I do what is asked.  I can handle a challenge because i believe better competition makes me a better a player. Outside of the season, I work just as hard as inside the season with academics and athletics.  I treat academics with respect, I do what is asked and get a good outcome with my grades.  My goal is to be a successful and a smart person on and off the court.
