Faith Valerius 20...Personal Statement
I have enjoyed playing competitive volleyball since I was in sixth grade. I love playing the game. Playing at a collegiate level means that I will be able to continue my volleyball career, advancing my skills both on and off the court.
While my hitting and setting techniques are still progressing, I am great defensive specialist willing to do whatever it takes to get the ball in the air. I have superb ball sense which allows me cover the court efficiently. In addition, being captain has enabled me to be a team leader and example to help my teammates succeed as well.
Off the court, I am a dedicated student who stays focused and prioritizes working hard to maintaining a high GPA. While I would prefer to attend a Christian college, I am open to any school that supports their students and athletes and pushes them to excel.
