During my volleyball career, I have been a captain for several different teams. Freshmen year I was a varsity starter and as the next year came around I became the varsity captain for sophomore, junior and senior year. Being a captain I know that when tension starts to flare on the court, I need to be the player that brings in the calming factor and refocuses the team. I like to go by what my old coach always said "win humbly and lose gracefully". He taught me how to be a passionate, humble, and focused player. Junior year I was awarded MVP Libero and also MVP All Tournament which I felt was a big accomplishment. Now that my senior year has ended I am ready for the club season! 2018 I was awarded 1st All Conference and All-Star player in the Moorestown Tournament for the second year in a row. I carry my love for this sport into the classroom by being supportive of my classmates and always ask for help from my teachers when I need it. I'm looking forward to my college years to continue my education and volleyball journey.
