I am a defensive specialist and setter from Fairfield, New Jersey and I will graduate from West Essex High School in 2020. I was freshman captain and I am varsity captain. My team won the 2018 Super Essex Conference-Colonial title and I received honorable mention in the Colonial Division. In NJ.com for 2018, I was voted the fifth best volleyball junior in the state. In 2017, I played club through GEVA for Velocity, and my team won five 1st place tournaments and one 2nd place tournament. In 2018, we had another five 1st place titles and one 2nd place title. In both years, my team came in 3rd place at Penn State's Happy Volley national tournament. In 2019, we have five 1st place tournament wins. We were undefeated in 4 out of 5 tournaments in the 2019 club season.
Although I pride myself on being an athlete, I also make sure to keep my academics a top priority. I am an AP student and hold myself to high academic standards. I look forward to challenging myself by taking more AP classes this year. I am a member of many clubs at my school including STEM club, Pre-Med club, Italian club, Debate club, Captain’s club and I am a artist for the West Essex Wire. I hope to pursue a strong athletic and academic career in college.
