Summer Bruce '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Summer Bruce, and I am currently a sophomore at Red Bank Catholic High School. In the past few years, volleyball has become a huge part of my life, and I hope to continue my volleyball career on a collegiate level. I am currently playing for my club, Warren Sixpack, as a middle hitter on the 16 regional team. Aside from athletics, I have maintained Honor and High Honor roll throughout my time at RBC, and I am in both honors english as well as honors spanish.  I have developed time management skills that allow me to also participate in many clubs, such as Caseys for a Cure. We have raised thousands of dollars toward funding cancer research, and in September 2022 alone we raised over $3,000 towards breast cancer research. I have accumulated many service hours, volunteering for various nonprofit organizations, including Beach Sweeps , American Cancer Society, and JDRF. In college, I am looking to go onto the premed track, and I am specifically interested in neuro. I am excited to continue growing my skills, both athletically and academically in my remaining time at Red Bank Catholic.
