Hi, my name is Adrian Ladines. I am a sophomore at Waldwick High School in New Jersey. I play libero/ds in both high school and club volleyball. I have been obsessed with volleyball ever since I was introduced to the sport in the 5th grade. I love a challenge and possess a strong drive to learn new things especially when they spark my interest. My goal is to play volleyball in college, while also getting a great education.
I believe I am a great candidate for recruitment for many reasons. I am enthusiastic and teachable. I look at mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve my game. I take feedback and criticism well. I am goal oriented and determined to go beyond the goals that I set for myself. I am a team player. I work hard to improve my technique in all positions so that I can be prepared to step up when my team needs me. I am friendly, easy to get along with, and bring lots of positive energy to the court. I treat my teammates like family. I do my best to hype them up and encourage them during matches whether we win or lose. While I am focused on my sport all year round, I also do my best to balance volleyball, academics, and a social life.
I am still actively deciding what kind of career I would like in the future. One thing I do know for sure is that I am passionate about volleyball.
