Aaliyah Vera '26 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to play competitive volleyball while pursuing a medical degree so that I can achieve my dreams of becoming a pediatrician.  I believe I would be a great candidate on a team because I am very dedicated and always put forth 100% effort to achieve my goals.  I feel I show outstanding characteristics such as confidence, ability to learn, and the momentum to push myself to my limits.  I strive to always push higher in my academics and challenge myself, and never settle for mediocracy.  As an athlete, I push myself beyond my limits and am always willing to learn new skills.  I always support my team members no matter the situation, and I always strive to lead my team to the end.  I feel my personality and the friendships I build with my team members and coaches helps me achieve my goals as being a great leader.
