Hello, my name is Camryn Hoffman. I am a Class of 2022 student-athlete from Rockville Centre, New York. While earning a 2021 and 2019 All NY State Player award, making the All NY State Tournament Team, making the 1st Team All-Long Island Volleyball Team and leading Section 8 in NY State in digs as a 10th, 11th and 12th grader are individual accomplishments that I am very proud of, the experience of my high school team finishing 3rd in NY State Class A is what makes me the happiest. Being the libero on this amazing team that overcame many challenges throughout the season taught me so many important life lessons and helped me develop friendships that I will carry throughout my life. I love the sport of volleyball and want to compete at the collegiate level. I have been on my varsity high school team since 9th grade and have always been on my Club's (Club Ace Long Island - CALI) top level team each year since 8th grade. During my 10th grade club season I was voted team captain and have held that title since, which is something I am very proud of. My G.P.A. is a 4.0/4.0. When I am not playing volleyball, I volunteer to work with special needs children in my school and community and I am the vice president of my school's Animal Abuse Awareness Club.
