Personal Statement
I have leadership skills, I am the one on the team that keeps up a good positive attitude and after a tough loss I'm the one to give us a pep talk. I'm big on encouraging my team mates to push harder and help them step out of their comfort zone. Throughout my entire life I have kept my overall average above a 90. I'm a quick learner and adjust well to my surrounding. I've been playing volleyball for only 3 years and in those 3 years I have show over a 100 percent improvement.
