Ashley Skaggs '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’10” outside hitter or DS from Beavercreek, OH. I am a Jr that played on JV freshman year as an outside hitter as well as back row defensive specialist. My sophomore year I was a starting defensive specialist on my school’s varsity team. I decided not to play Jr year but I had decided on playing club during the 2020 season. My GPA was 3.2.  I’ve been out of highschool now for about a year now, and I have finally decided I want to start looking for a school where I can hopefully play beach volleyball. Although, indoor is still an option for me. 

I am looking for a school that lets me balance my academics and continue my passion for playing volleyball. Communication, positivity and energy is something I think I can contribute to a team. I would like to major in biology. I am looking for a Divison 1, 2 or NAIA school that is in any state that suits what I am looking for, whether it be beach or indoor volleyball.
