Throughout high school, I learned how to be a leader in a lot of areas. I was voted as captain for my school's varsity volleyball team for two years, I am president of National Honor Society at Wayne High School, and I also have a leadership position at work. I put in my all in everything I do and I work as hard as I can until I can achieve my goals. Along with being a leader, I am also a team player. The only way we are going to get to our goals is by working together as a team. There is no better feeling than working so hard together as a team and finally achieving our goals.
I've been told a lot of times that my personality is rare and amazing. It's as if I'm a spark of energy who brings the team back up after everybody is discouraged in their heads and feel as if nothing is possible. That kind of mindset won't get anybody to their goals and I try to help my teammates in that time to regroup, take a deep breath, and remember why we do what we do. Also, before every game I hype everybody up and make sure they're in a good mindset before the game even starts.
