Melany Stephenson '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! i'm Melany. I'm very passionate about volleyball and I would like to be the best I can possibly be. My academics are very important to me so I try my hardest to excel in school. I would love to study marine biology or go into animal science. My goal is to find a college I fit well into for these categories.I'm a very hard working individual and I make sure I reach the goals set for myself. I am different because I can make a split second decision on the court and I have very good reaction time. I am aware of everything happening on the court at all times and I am always ready for the next play. I'm very coachable, I believe that coaches will make me the best I can be so I will always listen to their advice.In my years playing volleyball i've been a DS, outside, opposite, and setter. So anywhere that i'm needed I do the best that I can. I spend most of my free time training to get better this includes weight training, practices, and touches on the ball at my house.
