I took an interest in volleyball in the 8th grade after a few friends introduced me to the sport. After that I tried out for my school team and did not make it, that left me determined to get better so I could play at a higher level. After taking a year off of trying out I started to take private lessons and played on a recreational team so I could get better to make a club or school team. I did not succeed until my sophomore year. Until I made the regionals team for Buckeye volleyball club and my junior year I made my high school team and played as OH and Setter.
My coach have noticed I'm very teachable and willing to try my hardest to help my team. My primary position is setter and my secondary is DS. I'm willing to do anything to make sure I touch or set the ball. I love to cheer on my teammates on and off the court and I'm driven to keep trying. This also applies to my grades, I am maintaining a 3.8 GPA and plan on going to college to major in exercise science or psychology
