As a student, I am determined to study and learn about medical science. I hope to further my education in college by putting forth maximum effort and performing well in all aspects of academia. I think school spirit is important and strive to participate in a variety of clubs and events to support my fellow students.
As an Athlete, I continually demand excellence from myself and those around me. I push myself to perform at the highest level physically possible and encourage others to do the same. I strengthen my body with physical conditioning, exercise my mind by reading and studying a variety of topics in school, and build emotional fortitude by learning from failure. I accept that no one is perfect and do my best to support teammates and provide them with encouragement at all times.
As a Person, I constantly strive for success. I measure success by understanding expectations and doing everything possible to exceed them. Not just on the court or in a classroom, but in everything I do. My biggest fear is facing failure and feeling like I didn’t do everything I could to prevent it. That is why I do everything to the best of my ability. So even if I do fail, I know I did everything I could and will fight back stronger and harder next time.
