Madison Swift '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old. Ever since I first stepped onto the court, I have been in love with the game. Since then, my dream to play college volleyball has grown throughout the years and I understand the effort, determination, and pure willpower that is needed to succeed. I plan to give my all, all the time to reach my goals and dreams.

I have good and quick footwork to transition, hit, and pass. I am a team leader and try to set an example for the rest of my peers, on and off the court. I'm an intense player especially while on the court. I try to teach and encourage teammates. My love for the game leaves me coachable and I desire criticism to make me a better student athlete. Effort and never giving up is what I am known for. I believe in giving more than 100% as a student athlete on and off the court as well as in the classroom.

In the classroom, I study hard and withhold a 3.9 GPA. I am also actively involved as a sports trainer for the school soccer team. I believe this helps me better understand the way bodily injuries happen and how to care for them. My mindset is to attend a college where I can challenge myself in both academics and athletics. I am open to all options and I want to ultimately find the college that is the best fit for me. With these things said, I desire to play at the highest level possible to positively impact myself and the college I choose. I aspire to become a successful student, athlete, and role model to all people thus making myself and parents proud.
