Personal Statement

hello, my name is Branwyn Lupton and I am a member of the class of 2023 from Napanee, Ontario. I am considering taking an extra year of high school so I am flexible to be considered a class of 2024. I am interested in playing volleyball for the ncaa for my post secondary school. I am a 5’11” middle/RS hitter who has been playing club volleyball since u12. I am a multi sport athlete with my favourite sports having been gymnastics, soccer, beach volleyball, and track and field. My high school average is around 75-80% and completed my schooling in a French immersion program.

I am interested in taking programs including animal biology, human sciences and kinesiology. My goal is to graduate and go straight into work as a marine biologist or an athletic trainer.

I am a hard worker and love being part of a team, volleyball has always been a big part of my life and I am so excited to continue my volleyball journey.

ActivitiesWith COVID there has been very little opportunity for volunteerism or clubs due to restrictions. I have held jobs and played Club volleyball the last two years on top of school. Where I have time I have volunteered at my school scoring for volleyball games.
