Life has taught me many things in the short course it's run. I believe that I hold power in my actions, words, and also my dreams.
I once thought that dreams were silly, that I couldn't truly aspire and become. But after a year of higher education in college, I know better now.
I am a 19-year-old volleyball player with drive and passion for my career, and I'm looking for the place to go after what I want while being able to play competitive volleyball. After playing for most of my entire first collegiate season, I've really grown as a player in every skill set. Most of all, though, I had the opportunity to learn what it's like to play with a family; a group of individuals who care and support one another on and off the court. I have immense respect for teams that value a strong bond off the court, and I can say that is definitely one of the things I'm looking for in my journey as a transfer.
Graphic Design and Creative Writing are my two majors, and it's very important that I find both of these in some form in my education, as I wish to pursue both in my career. The passion I have for these things absolutely carries over into my performance as a player on the court, and I think they make me a very unique personality on a team!
