I have recently accomplished four different types of serves; a fast spot serve, floater, jump serve, and a hook serve.
I have also started a home conditioning program that I received from my new volleyball club twice every week. I know with constant work I'll get better and better. I am working on speed and endurance in order to improve my setting and my four step hitting approach. I will also be working on my strength in or order to improve my hitting skills, as well as working on improving my vertical jump.
