Julia Dahms '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello college coaches, my name is Julia Dahms and I am focused and determined to play volleyball at the college level. Volleyball has been an important part of my life since I started the sport in 5th grade. At that time, I had only joined to be social and hang out with my friends. Over the years, I totally fell in love with the sport, and continued to play for my high school. After freshman year, I knew that I wanted to play at a higher level, so I joined my local club volleyball team. Both my school and club coaches have seen my hard work, dedication, and focus in both practices and games. From doing this, I have established myself as a strong opposite hitter, since I have the advantage of being left-handed. Although this is my main position, I have been able to play many positions on the court, and have a strong serve. Since I have been playing sports, I have been deemed coachable, relentless, and a team player. I know I would be a positive attribute to any college team, in aspects both on and off the court.
