Julia Fisher '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I have entered the transfer portal looking for a high level opportunity to play indoor or beach volleyball or both!  

My name is Julia Fisher, and I'm a 6 foot Libero currently attending Grove City College. While I've loved my time at this school and appreciate the opportunities I've had, I’m looking for the next step to continue growing in my volleyball career.

Throughout my high school and club career, I’ve had the chance to play several positions. In high school ball and club I was a six-rotation middle, and also played some outside. Once I got to college, I was a six rotation OH, and then transitioned into the libero role during my freshman season when we began to struggle with our serve receive and defense. This role change allowed me to grow in many ways, and I’m confident my experience in this transition will be valuable to your team. I also absolutely love outdoor volleyball, and have played doubles grass and beach most weekends for the past three summers! Volleyball is my passion, and I am excited to find where this college search will take me!
