Heyda Flores '22 Recruiting Profile

I am Heyda Flores and currently, I am a Senior. I am from Caguas, Puerto Rico, and have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old. Being part of different teams, a high school one and a club, I have seen how teams work and how I can adapt myself to work better in the team and as an individual player. I give my best every game to show that even tho we lose, we are being the best players we can. This is something I have adapted to in academics. Every time I give my best. 

As a volleyball player my goal has always been to continue to play the sport I am passionate about and that is what I intend to do in future years. I want to study Biomedical Engineering to work as a team to make the health industry a better system and incorporate teamwork into my daily life.
