Volleyball is more than a sport, volleyball is family, life experience, and a future. As a volleyball player, I strive to grow not only as a player, but as a person. Volleyball can be very challenging, however, so can the real world. I hope to motivate myself, inspire teammates, and along the way, gain insight from opposing teams. My goal is to better myself as a setter so I can aid in making my teammates shine. Being a setter is sometimes a stressful position, still, I find myself creating my own ways to keep calm and execute the job. Being an great athlete isn't only about your talent, it's about how you handle hardship and how hard you work at your goals. As an athlete, I consistently work to maximize on the potential of my ability, learn from my mistakes, and not only wanting to get better at my craft for my advantage, but for my teammates as well.
