Sophie Cain '20 Recruiting Profile

I have the highest collegiate aspirations. I want to play Division I volleyball and earn a degree from a respected academic institution.  I feel that I can contribute positively to any team and any school as a student-athlete. I will work to be the best volleyball player and student I can be.  I will be an asset to the volleyball team and school. I am a great teammate and leader. I am strong-minded, principled, and convicted. I lead by example. I work and do whatever is asked of me. I support, encourage, and, when necessary, prod my teammates to do and be the best they can. I put in daily extra time in the gym doing the extra things.  I embrace adversity and challenges. I am an honest self-assessor and work to improve my weaknesses. I am a quick learner and high academic achiever. I stay out of trouble and bad situations. I do not quit or give up. Finally, I have a wonderful, happy, and positive attitude.  In the end, I want to say that I was the best player and student I could be.
