Through my years playing volleyball, I have seen the hard work it takes to develop the skills needed to go the distance and achieve high standards and high levels of play. I have experienced set backs with injuries and worked my way back up to even exceed the skill level I was at before. I always strive to get better because I know I still have a lot to learn and I want to make sure I’m always improving so I don’t let my team down.
I was fortunate enough to be apart of teams 3 years in a row that performed better than expected. My 13’s and 14’s club team ranked higher than the team above us and my 15’s team exceeded the clubs expectations by finishing 7th in the region and went to nationals. And this year my 16’s team totally blew away expectations at regionals in May by getting a bid to nationals in Detroit.
I feel that with my positive attitude and determination to win, I could be an impact player on any team that I play on. I hope that after viewing my video and seeing me play in person, you feel the same way too!
