From the first time I played, I fell in love with the sport of volleyball. I started later than most, so I was forced to work twice as hard to be able to compete at a high level. While being dedicated to volleyball, I have always been devoted to my academics. I made sure to balance my school work with my volleyball schedule because I know that school is just as important as volleyball. I never get discouraged or turn away from a challenge which is another reason I love the sport. I know that in order to receive the payoff I must work hard, so I have tried very hard to dig deep and work hard in all moments of my life.
