Makayla Jackson '22 Recruiting Profile

I started being passionate about volleyball in the 5th grade. I did a few camps and fell in love with the sport. My goals as a volleyball player is to be there for my teammates, to support them . Apart from that i want to provide for the team.  With always giving each point my all and striving for excellence every game. From many coaches ive worked with before they all seem to say the same thing, my communication skills. On the court i use my loud vocal sills to my advantage , always making sure that im helping team out as much as possible. With being said on the court i am very positive, i like to keep the energy of the game always high , so always hyping up the girls when they do something good always makes me feel accomplished. As a student athlete at Fulshear High School i always make sure grades come first. taking school into serious matter has been really important to me these past couple years.
