Lesslie Foley '19 Recruiting Profile

 I will be majoring in Psychology. My goal in college is to maintain A’s and B’s and nothing less . 

When I was 7 Years old I knew I was different. Every Class I entered , I was taller than the other kids and as I started to get older I noticed it even more . My mom enrolled me into the YMCA , and that was my very first encounter with volleyball . I walked in and noticed once again I was taller than the girls selected on my team . I could never keep my eyes off that ball .. it was exciting , I craved for more and that’s where it all began .  

I have been through two injuries that have changed my mental game and perspective on life. I have become a more stronger and aggressive player throughout this whole journey. 

My preserverance and go get it tenacity brings me back to the court every single time Yes , there are times when I question myself but not once will I ever quit on this game . I’ve come too far to stop now ...
