Julia Glass '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Julia, and volleyball is something that has grown from being a hobby into a strong passion in my life. I am a hard worker, coachable, and determined player and am continuing to better myself in my volleyball journey. I have played volleyball since sixth grade, and my love for the sport grows each time I step on the court. As a sophomore in high school I have been a part of my varsity volleyball team at Coram Deo Academy in Plano Texas. I enjoy getting to make relationships with my teammates and coaches, as volleyball is a sport that requires communication and teamwork and grows friendships. I am a strong Christian and love to show outstanding sportsmanship and be a light for Jesus to my teammates and opponents each time I am on the court. I have a competitive spirit and coachable attitude, which causes me to work extra hard and reap fast results. Something that sets me apart from other recruits is my mindset and grit when challenges are thrown at me. I take on challenges that come my way head first and use them to make me a better person and player. I am excited to continue my volleyball journey and I know my mindset, work ethic, competitive, and sportsmanlike character would make me an outstanding candidate for your team.
