I am currently a Senior at Patriot High School; I have been playing volleyball for 7 years. When I was in the sixth grade, I was playing travel soccer and decided to try volleyball for the first time. I attended tryouts for the middle school team and immediately fell in love with the sport. During middle school I was a captain in seventh grade and floor captain in eighth grade. I began playing club volleyball in eighth grade and was the floor captain as well. I played for NFVBC for two years and then moved to American Volleyball Club. At NFVBC I was an all-round outside hitter and a floor captain. When I moved to American, I began to try out new positions. I became a right-side hitter and a defensive specialist. My freshman and sophomore years of high school I played an outside hitter on the JV team. Once I was a Junior I moved up to the Varsity team as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. Last season I played club volleyball with Vienna Elite Volleyball club on the U-17L Voltage team. We had a successful season and earned bids to both Indianapolis and Orlando for Nationals. This year I am playing on the Varsity team as a DS/Libero. I believe that my goalie training when I was playing travel soccer, also helps with this position. I am currently playing Libero/DS for American Volleyball Club U-18. My goal and dream is to play volleyball at a collegiate level.  I work hard every day to become the best player that I can be.  I am extremely competitive and give everything out on the court.  I believe that I have a lot to offer to a collegiate program, including being a well-rounded player, leadership skills, a positive attitude and drive to reach my goals.
