Personal Statement

I am a 2028 graduate, dual sport athlete.  I have played 2 years of school volleyball which includes 1 year as a JV middle hitter as an 8th grader.  This season, I was selected as the team offensive player of the year carrying over 1/2 of the blocks for the team and finishing the season with the most kills!  I am starting my first year of club volleyball now on a 16U team for State Line Volleyball Club and was told I made this team based on my ability as well as my athletic drive and coachable characteristics.  I am the starting middle hitter for my team and play DS.  I also serve as team co-captain.

Softball is my second sport.  I play for the VA Scrappers Nationals - Weaver. I finished my 2023 travel season with the 5th highest batting average, 3rd highest on base percentage, and had the 3rd highest number of stolen bases for the team.  I was team co-captain for the past 2 years. For school ball, I played my first year of middle school softball in 2023 and have been pulled to JV for multiple practices currently during our off-season workouts.  I plan to try out for the JV softball team in the Spring. I am the starting center fielder for both my travel team and my middle school team.

I plan to pursue a Bachelors in Applied Sciences degree in college with plans to complete a fast-track BSN program after my college graduation.  I am driven to play volleyball at the D1 collegiate level.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
