Morgan Wilson '19 Recruiting Profile

I plan to play D1 competitive volleyball in college. I am a very smart all around player and can play all hitter and defensive positions. Being this type of player sets me apart from others as these type of players are needed to win games. I have played in the USAV Girls Junior Nationals the last two years as a 6 rotation OH and I love to compete at a high level.  It has been an amazing Senior year being named to the Washington Post All-Mets HM, 1st team All State and breaking 3 high school records this year to finish out my HS career with 43 kills match record, 554 kills in a season and 954 kills career record.

I work hard on and off the court and try to lead by example, while also encouraging my teammates. I am a team player and very coachable.  I push myself to continue to develop myself on and off the court to see how far I can go.  I have gained much from this sport such as confidence, leadership, perseverance, work ethic and friends. I love helping to coach the younger girls and see myself coaching volleyball  after college.

In the classroom, I study hard and challenge myself while maintaining a high GPA. I also have volunteered at local youth volleyball camps, church and school activities.
