What Defines Me!     Volleyball might seem like a simple game of pass, set and hit.   Once you actually start to understand how to play the sport you realize that it's like a puzzle.   When you are putting a puzzle together it doesn't just put itself together, you have to have different ways to put it together.   My life is like a game of volleyball you have to piece everything together so that it fits just right.     When you are at school, teachers are teaching you lessons.   Teachers are like coaches that keep you practicing on something till you get it right.   So when all your practicing is put to a challenge you get to see that great grade on the test, you feel satisfied.    Same in volleyball, your coaches train and train you for Nationals.   Then when our team gets to nationals or we master that perfect play its like you have a great grade on a test.   SATISFACTION!   Getting great grades and awesome plays takes hard work and sweat.   I study for all those big tests so I can get great grades.   That same hard work for studying for a test is the same when I am in a game and playing as hard as I can for every point.    On the court people do get down because they mess up over and over again.   That is when I have to be a leader and set an example for them, to show them that we should stay positive.   Same at school, I am in SCA and HOSA and people look up to me like in Volleyball.   I set an example for my friends and peers.   When everything comes together like a puzzle, that defines me.
