Sydney Leonard '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I'm Sydney Leonard and I am a senior at George Wythe High School. My goals are to become a Nurse Anesthetist and to hopefully get recruited to play volleyball. I like to achieve good grades, I am a strong believer that getting good grades will get you anywhere you want in life. I would be a good candidate because I am a leader and I push myself and others to be the best version of themselves with anything that may be, whether it is on a team or in school. I am different from other recruits because I just started the recruitment process as a senior, I realized that it is never too late to work for something you really want and I am willing to work for what I want. I will always put my academics first, as I stated it is the most important thing with becoming a college athlete and if you do not have the grades being the best player can mean nothing.
