Samantha Hawker 2...Personal Statement
I WANT TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL IN COLLEGE!!! That is my goal. I love the game. I love the relationships made on the team. I love the work and communication of getting better. I love to play indoor volleyball and love playing beach. I just love the game as a player.
I have found that in all the different ways that I play volleyball - Club, Highschool, Beach and even Grass that win or lose I will always strive to play better then the time before. I have won a lot and I have lost a few - with both I have learned to be better.
I can’t wait for what my future has to hold in volleyball but also as a student athlete. As, I am still young and trying to figure out what I want to be, I am leaning towards helping and teaching others. I am looking into what Occupational Therapy has to offer.
