Great understanding of your roles and responsibilities within a team. Physical Abilities - 89 / 100 Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Balance - Seemed to handle the challenges you faced well. Good job staying in your position and helping teammates where needed. Mental Abilities - 92 / 100 Resistance To Stress - Maintains composure in pressure situations. Great job staying focused on the task at hand. Coachable - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process. Coach's Comments Great attitude and a pleasure to work with at camp. Giselle is very coachable, and takes constructive criticism well. As a 2025 grad, she still has time to develop her skills and volleyball IQ. Get reps in serve receive - Getting more reps will help you become better passer and will help you read the type of serve that's coming. Learn defensive assignments - Find time to do shadow footwork with all 3 back row defensive assignments. This will help grow your court awareness. Be more vocal - Defensive players should always be communicating.
