Hello Coaches,
My name is Ashley Hillel from Snoqualmie, WA. I am class of 2025 and currently attending Mount Si High School. My collegiate goals are to continue playing at a high level and improving my skills constantly. I am a very dedicated, driven, and organized student athlete. I am a versatile player and can play anywhere that is needed while also having strengths as a pin hitter. I understand the game very well and know when and how to play smartly. I bring positive energy to the court as well as helping my team keep its composure in difficult situations.

Defense - Aggressive as a defender. Good read on the attack and defensive positioning, and seems to enjoy making the play. Scrimmage Play - Play was elevated in team activities. Great understanding of your roles and responsibilities within a team. Physical Abilities - 89 / 100 Strength - Did a good job handling challenges and showed power in attacks/serves/setting/defensive positions. Balance - Seemed to handle the challenges you faced well. Good job staying in your position and helping teammates where needed. Mental Abilities - 92 / 100 Coachable - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process. Team Player - Great team-first attitude. Was encouraging and supportive to teammates throughout camp. Coach's Comments Ashley, love you great attitude and a pleasure to work with at camp. You seemed confident in your play, and have a good knowledge of the game. You showed good movement in offense and defense play, and a good eye for the game. As a 2025 grad, continue to improve each of the skills used in the game, grow and become more confident in yourself, and have fun. When passing, "hold" your finish, let the ball rebound off your platform Use momentum and a faster arm swing to terminate the ball on the opponents side Don't hesitate to be loud on the court, and call for the ball, be it passing or hitting
