Briana Sharkey '18 Recruiting Profile

I have always dreamed of playing volleyball after high school.  I have been playing club volleyball for 6 years and have played Varsity as a Freshman and a Sophomore. Volleyball is my focus and I plan to continue playing at the most competitive levels in order to prepare for a volleyball career in college.  Although my passion is setting, I am a versatile player that can set or hit. This year I received first team all conference as a hitter, even though I am a setter for club. I also felt honored when my team voted me the MVP of the team. I played USA High Performance this past summer in Colorado Springs.

I plan to major in Agriculture, Animal Science or Veterinary Studies in college. In terms of grades, I did receive an academic award for my 3.75 grade point average.  I am in accelerated Math and Honors Science classes, which positions me to take AP courses during my high school experience and also positions me for a science based college curriculum.

I am hard working and committed to Volleyball.  I look forward to finding the right program where I can achieve my Athletic and Academic goals.
