Personal Statement
Water polo is more than just a sport to me; it is part of who I am. I look forward to playing at the collegiate level because I'm competitive and would rather be playing polo than doing almost anything else. I pick up on directions and instructions quickly and enjoy being challenged. I am constantly striving to be the best player that I can be. I feel that I have also maintained a good balance. I just finished my junior year and have been on varsity water polo and varsity swim team all three years as well as been involved in choir, leadership, a class officer, and my church youth group, all while taking several AP classes and keeping a good grade point average. I am dedicated, driven, and determined.
