2018 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Ever since I started Water Polo about 4 years ago I have grown to love the game. I love being part of a team, and am always committed to my coaches and teammates. My high school team has won the CCS/CIF division championship for the last two years and it has been exciting to have contributed to those titles. This year, I was team captain and named All-League Field MVP as well as my team's MVP. In both my academics and athletics, I have always been driven and willing to put in the work. Playing high school basketball has also helped me to improve my Water Polo game because I can adapt the game IQ and toughness required to be successful. One can never stop improving and developing, and I look forward to continuing my Water Polo journey as I look towards playing in college. I believe that assists and good defense are just as important as scoring goals.
