Calla Troxel '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Calla Troxel. I'm a junior at Park City High School in Utah, and I started playing water polo about four years ago. I started swimming when I was about five, and have swum nearly my entire life up until now. I have always been a high-achieving academic student, with tons of honors and AP classes. I have now been inducted into the National Honors Society for four years and counting. I am currently in five AP classes and one honors class. I am an extremely hard worker and I am always looking for ways to better myself in the pool and at school. I recently have accomplished some very exciting athletic awards, including Utah State Champions in spring and fall of 2021, Third Place in the Summer 2021 J.O.'s Platinum division, and First-Team all-state at the 2021 Junior Olympics. I am right-handed and generally play wing on the 1-2 side. I can also post and occasionally play set. I am a great leader as well as a team player, and I create a balance between the two with my kindness and determination.
