When I go to college I want to be able to do two things. Wrestle and study Law to become a lawyer. Wrestling has helped me in many way, especially mentally. I've always doubted myself but wrestling was something that made me push and believe in myself. Wrestling is a part of me. It helps me know what's wrong and right. I know I'm different from other strong female wrestlers because even when I don't feel like I'm not doing good and they feel like that, I make sure they remember why they are doing this sport, why they have lasted this long, why they should believe in their self. As female wrestlers we get talked about easily and as females we should help each other be our better selves. Academically wise, I feel like I always can do better, to know that I can always be smarter and I can push myself cause there shouldn't be a limit of how smart I can be. I will not lie, when I struggle I want to give up and doubt myself. But I don't, I just push myself more. The first 2 years of high school, I struggled because I was dealing with family problems and I wasn't able to attend school for awhile but when I got back to school I was back on my feet. I pushed myself and even though they weren't perfect, I knew as long as I tried and put in the work and give it my all, that was all that matters. I will always push myself to be my best.
