Hello my name is Mia Gonzalez and I am currently a freshman at Cupertino High School. My goal is to wrestle and train at the college level, it has always been a big dream of mine. I began wrestling in the sixth grade for my middle school, as well as my club outside of school. I took first for 85lb Middle school girls at the California state championship my seventh grade year, but I wasn't able to compete my eighth grade year due to covid. My coach always says EFFORT IS FREE! This is something I apply to everything I do in life. I will do whatever it takes to achieve my dreams not only for myself but for my family!!!
