My name is Harmony Evans and this is my first year wrestling. I previously played basketball but after trying wrestling once I fell in love with it. I put in hard work during practice usually sparring with someone in a weight class above me in order to get used to someone stronger. There have also been times where I stay after in order to get more work in. I have used my losses as motivation to get better and have a better record during off-season and next year. I also still show good sportsmanship. In school I always do my best and ask for help when needed to keep my grades up especially in the harder class or subjects.
