I started wrestling when I was 9 years old and I fell in love with everything about it. I only won a single match my entire first year and I stuck it out. Now I am competing at the national level against some of the best girls in the country. One thing about me is I am stubborn. If I am not the best wrestler in the room, I will work my butt off to become the best in the room. I am very self-driven and I tend to motivate others around me. I would love to be on a well established college team, that already has a good sized roster. My entire wrestling career, I have been one of the only girls on the team, or the only one. Being that it has been such a male-dominated sport has made me tougher and a more of a well-rounded athlete. Still, it is a dream of mine to be on a college team with a large group of women pushing each other, and making each other stronger every day.
