Ilyana Martinez '29 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ilyana Martinez and I have been wrestling since i was 10 years old. I've qualified for open state 2 times and I have participated in the first Missouri duel team for beach wrestling and i'm also on the Missouri National girls team coached by Dustin Rife.

My goals for college are to make it to the Olympics and be on the USA beach wrestling team. I believe I'd be an excellent candidate for any team. I have Great work ethic, excellent leadership skill, dependable. I'm always looking for ways to help others and improve myself. Academically I'm well round I am in band as a percussionist, as well as theater, and pottery. I am in accelerated math class currently I have participated in my schools T.A.G (talented and gifted)program since first grade enrollment this program is based on IQ score. I also participate in track during spring. I take a weights class instead of P.E.
