- Hi, I am Yenyia Terry and I have only been wrestling for two years. I decided to join the sport wrestling because I wanted to try something new. Through wrestling I have learnt the value of self- discipline, hard work, and not only being a physically fit but having a good mindset. Wresting has pushed me to always be on my toes and constantly getting me out my comfort zone, which is one major thing I value about this sport. While making new connections and friendships within my wrestling journey. As my passion for this sport grows heavily everyday, I am looking forward to growing and developing throughout the rest of my highschool career and furthering it in college. Currently, working to achieve placing at regionals and states. Working towards my ultimate goal of achieving a perfect record, bettering my technique on a daily basis, and overall I am inspired to become my best version of an amazing wrestler.
