I want to wrestle in college because one of the best parts about wrestling is being part of a team and community. Wrestling has really helped me work through my own issues, and well as strengthens and furthered me as a person, and my teammates really contributed to that. I love being a part of this community and I wouldn't want to lose that through college. Additionally, I really have a passion for the sport, it's sometimes what helps me get out of bed in the morning. Wrestling is an outlet, a way for me to work through things, as well as get away and focus on something else for a while. Wrestling in college will help push me to be my better self, and my goal from this is to start wrestling at the Olympic and professional level someday. I can't ever imagine not wrestling.
